1. Services Provided
NickofTime Landscapes proudly offers a complete range of outdoor improvement and property care solutions, including:

• Landscaping design and maintenance
• Tree trimming, pruning, and removal
• Hardscaping and outdoor living installations
• Patios, walkways, and decorative stonework
• Concrete and masonry projects
• General contracting and outdoor construction

2. Estimates and Project Agreements

• Estimates are based on the initial site evaluation and may change depending on material costs or additional requests.
• Projects begin only after mutual agreement on scope, pricing, and timeline.
• All additional work requested during the project may result in additional costs.

3. Payments

• Deposits may be required before the start of work.
• Remaining balances are due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Payments can be made through approved methods discussed prior to service.
• Late or missed payments may result in additional fees or paused services.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate property access and project information.
• Remove obstacles, vehicles, or debris from the work area.
• Ensure safety and cooperation during active service.
• Communicate promptly regarding schedule or scope changes.

5. Scheduling and Delays
We aim to complete projects on time, but weather, material availability, or unforeseen conditions may cause delays. Clients will be notified immediately if scheduling adjustments are required.

6. Property and Safety

• Our team adheres to all safety regulations and uses professional-grade equipment.
• NickofTime Landscapes is not responsible for pre-existing property damage or hidden issues such as buried utilities or unstable soil.
• Clients must disclose any known underground systems before service begins.

7. Warranty and Quality
We stand behind our workmanship and materials. Warranty terms depend on the nature of the service and will be detailed in your project agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability
NickofTime Landscapes’ liability is limited to the total cost of the contracted service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Deposits may not be refunded once materials are ordered or work has started.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable local jurisdiction.
